WomenSing for Peace Fall 2025

Singing is a way to connect with our hearts, and the hearts of others. It is a satisfying form of emotional release, and a magnificent tool for empowerment. It consists of breathing and vibrations… The voice itself is an absolutely incredible force!

Women are invited to join together to sing for peace deep within themselves so that we may weave that peace into our communities and send it throughout the world.

• No prior singing experience needed—beginners are warmly welcomed

• Focus on healthy vocal technique, including breathwork and warm-ups

• Songs from a variety of cultures, sung in multiple languages

• Insight into the history and meaning of each song

• Emphasis on honoring the origin and spirit of the music

CLASS SPECIFICS

WHEN: Mondays September 8 to November 10 at 6:00-7:15 pm. No classes on September 22 or October 20.

WHERE: EarthBeat Music, 90 Broad Street, Schuylerville, NY

WHO: For all experiences, ages 13+. Limited to 16 students.

INSTRUCTOR: Chelsie Henderson

COST: $175. 10% of every registration will be donated to community social and environmental justice organizations.
