Frame Drumming Summer 2 Week Series Class 1

Learn the herstory and techniques of the ancient frame drum! We will begin each class drumming with beaters (mallets) while focusing on breathing and singing. For most of our time together we will be playing in upright (hand held) style. Simple movement will be incorporated to embody heartbeat while we explore foundational rhythms from around the world.

WHEN: Thursdays July 16 + 23 at 10:30 am-12:00 pm

WHERE: EarthBeat Barnhouse in Easton NY (address will be shared through email)

WHO: For all levels - beginner to experienced. Limited to 12 students.

COST + REGISTER: $65 for 2 classes | Frame drums are available to use in class as needed!
